Day 20 Gratitude

• I am so thankful I made time to go to the library- I had to pay off a huge amount of fines (it was over $40- yikes!) and now I am broke but still so thankful to have access to books and continue working on my book project.  
• I know a lot of people think they are gross- but thankful for an old fashioned hot dog dinner- nothing fancy.
• Clean underwear- TMI?

Day 19 Gratitude

• Thankful for morning coffee and Bible study.
• I am thankful to get the youth group menu done- that was certainly a lot of anxiety.  
• I FINISHED The Catcher and the Rye- that was one of the worst books I have ever read.

Day 18 Gratitude

• I am thankful we got some chores done- the dishes were piling high and smelling gross.  
• I am thankful I got SOME reading done- The Catcher in the Rye is making me want to go crazy...I can not wait to finish this book and read better things.  
• I am thankful the girls had some friends come play.  
• BONUS- Thankful that Neil killed the big spider and I didn't have to. 

Day 17 Gratitude

- I am thankful Neil took the girls out shopping for a bit today.  I needed the quiet.
- I had fun making emoji book titles for Emoji Day- I did it almost all day!  Here are a couple of favorite ones I did and a couple I saw from others in my book club:

Day 16 Gratitude

• Thankful my parents got home safely after a difficult night.  
• I am thankful for crock pot meals.
• I am thankful that the show Criminal Minds helps me zone out from my thoughts. 

Days 13, 14, & 15 Gratitude

I was at Women's Camp this weekend so I wasn't able to post as I normally do, but I did write a few things down so here goes.

Day 13
- I'm so thankful for water- to drink, to play in, to cool off with, and the availability I have to get enough of it.  Today I got to play in water splash pads with my nephew Donovan and my own kids.  Drank my fill of it many times because of the heat.  Plus I live in a place where I am blessed to have it clean and cold- many people around the world STILL do not have access to clean water. 
- I am so thankful for my girls- Hermione, Ariana, and Lucy- and all their personalities and their individual strengths, quirks, and growth. 
- I am glad to be at Women's Camp. 

Day 14
- Thankful for God's love for me!
- Rest- beautiful, rest.
- Super thankful that I didn't have to cook a single meal for a WHOLE ENTIRE DAY!!!

Day 15
- I finished the 5k even though it was super hard.
- Thankful for the women at my church- Jessica, Della, Shiela, Britta, Stephanie, Jan, Gloria, Denise, Judi, Bonnie, Lona, Jenny, Carol, Lissa, Jill, Kathy, Trythena, Kimbrely, Natalie, Jackie, Leona, Cindy, Margie, Merri and many others who I have forgotten to mention who have accepted me and mentored me and listened to me all with the love and grace from God. 
- I am thankful for family. 

Day 12 Gratitude

• Thankful that all the main areas of the house are clean and ready.
• I'm thankful that I got the car washed and bought a lot of snacks for the family.  
• I'm thankful that my parents and nephew, Donovan, got here safely and get to visit with us for a few days.
